TIGR Pickleball is operated by Shenzhen Nalin Technology Co., Ltd.
TIGR provides factory-direct pickleball products and manufacturing services, including wholesale pickleballs, custom pickleball paddles, private-label manufacturing, OEM/ODM services, custom tooling and new product development.

2. FACTORY-DIRECT MANUFACTURING
Our Dongguan manufacturing operation supports pickleball production, customization and product development, including:
• Wholesale 26-hole, 40-hole, 48-hole and 56-hole pickleballs
• Custom-logo pickleballs
• Custom and private-label pickleball paddles
• Low-MOQ OEM/ODM projects
• Custom pickleball molds, tooling and new product development
Product specifications, minimum order quantities, customization options, production requirements and lead times vary by product and project.
For wholesale orders, custom branding, OEM/ODM projects, molds, tooling or new product development, customers may request a written factory quotation before ordering.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product descriptions, specifications, photographs, images and technical information displayed on this website are provided to help customers evaluate our products and manufacturing capabilities.
We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately. However, product colors and appearance may vary due to material characteristics, normal manufacturing tolerances, production batches, photography, lighting and screen settings.
Website images may include production samples, tooling, prototypes or representative concept visuals where appropriate.
For custom, private-label and OEM/ODM orders, the applicable approved artwork, specifications, samples, written quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, order confirmation or other written agreement will determine the requirements of the specific transaction.
General website information does not override transaction-specific terms expressly agreed in writing.
4. CERTIFICATION, TESTING AND MARKET REQUIREMENTS
Unless expressly stated on the applicable product page or confirmed by TIGR in writing, no representation is made that a product has been certified, approved, endorsed or authorized by any particular sports federation, tournament, governing body, testing organization or regulatory authority.
Customers requiring specific tournament approval, certification, laboratory testing, labeling, regulatory compliance or market-specific requirements are responsible for identifying those requirements before ordering and should obtain written confirmation from TIGR before production begins.
Nothing displayed on this website should be interpreted as a certification or regulatory approval unless expressly identified as such.
5. PRICING, CUSTOMIZATION AND ORDERS
Website prices, availability, specifications, production schedules, shipping options and customization services may be updated from time to time.
For wholesale, bulk, custom-logo, private-label, OEM/ODM, tooling, mold and product-development projects, the applicable written quotation, proforma invoice, approved specifications, purchase order, order confirmation and other transaction-specific written terms will govern the applicable transaction.
Orders are also subject to our Terms of Service, Refund, Return & Claims Policy and Shipping Policy, as applicable.
6. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION
Shipping methods, transportation charges, delivery estimates, risk-transfer terms and cargo-insurance responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy and any applicable transaction-specific written agreement.
For EXW, FOB or other transactions using Incoterms® 2020 rules, the applicable trade term and named place or port should be identified in the relevant quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, order confirmation or other written agreement.
The factory address displayed on this website does not by itself establish a delivery point, risk-transfer point or authorized return address.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, TIGR-owned website content, including TIGR trademarks, logos, original text, graphics, product photographs, designs and downloadable materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
Customer-supplied trademarks, logos, artwork, designs and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Customers submitting trademarks, logos, artwork, designs or other materials to TIGR are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, licenses and permissions to authorize their use for the applicable order.
TIGR’s use of customer-supplied materials for manufacturing, printing, packaging or fulfillment of an authorized order does not by itself transfer ownership of those materials to TIGR.
8. CUSTOM PRODUCTS, TOOLING AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Custom-logo products, private-label products, OEM/ODM products, molds, tooling, prototypes and product-development projects may be subject to project-specific specifications, approval procedures, payment terms, production conditions, ownership arrangements, confidentiality requirements and acceptance standards.
Where such terms are confirmed in a written quotation, project agreement, proforma invoice, purchase order, approved specification or other written agreement, those transaction-specific terms will apply to the applicable project to the extent permitted by law.
