By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
TIGR Pickleball provides factory-direct pickleballs, paddles, accessories, custom products and tooling services. Product information, images and specifications are provided for general reference and may be updated when production requirements change.
Prices, quantities, customization scope, shipping terms and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout or in the written quotation. A quotation may include separate charges for artwork, samples, tooling, packaging, freight, duties or taxes.
For custom, private-label and OEM / ODM orders, production starts after the required specifications, artwork and quotation details are approved. Changes requested after approval may affect the price and delivery schedule.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate artwork, trademarks, product requirements, shipping information and contact details. The customer confirms that it has the right to use any logo, design or content supplied to TIGR.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screens, materials, lighting and production batches.
For custom tooling projects, ownership, design-file access, storage, revisions, acceptance standards and handover arrangements are confirmed in the specific project quotation.
We may refuse or cancel an order if product information, availability, payment, shipping or customization requirements cannot be reasonably confirmed. If an order is cancelled by us before production, any eligible refund will be handled according to the order circumstances and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer's country or region.
