Shipping Policy

TIGR Pickleball supplies products directly from our factory in Dongguan, China.

Shipping options depend on the product, order quantity and destination:

• EXW / FOB: Buyer-arranged freight or factory pickup. Shipping is not included.
• DDP Air Express: Available for selected sample and smaller orders. Duties and taxes are included when this option is shown at checkout.
• DDP Sea Shipping: Available for selected bulk orders. Duties and taxes are included when this option is shown at checkout.

Shipping charges and available methods are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order weight and product type.

Estimated transit times shown at checkout are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, carrier schedules, weather or other events outside our control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details. Please contact us before ordering if you need a specific freight arrangement or delivery term.

For custom products, tooling and private-label orders, shipping arrangements and delivery timing are confirmed in the written quotation.
